Refund Policy
uiprompts.app is instant-access digital content — you get the full library the moment you buy. We still want you to be happy, so here’s our refund policy.
7-day money-back
If the pack isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — yearly or lifetime. No hard feelings.
Fair use
Because access is instant and the content is copyable, we may decline refunds where there’s clear evidence of abuse (e.g. bulk-copying the entire premium library and then requesting a refund). We apply this sparingly and in good faith.
Yearly renewals
You can cancel a yearly plan anytime to stop future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period. Outside the 7-day window we don’t pro-rate refunds for the remainder of a period.
How to request
Email hello@uiprompts.app from your account address with your order details and we’ll take care of it. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within a few business days.
