Terms of Service

What you get

With a paid plan you get access to the premium prompts, their hosted source videos, the component library, and the method guides, plus any perks described on the pricing page (subject to availability). Free prompts are available to everyone within the free-tier limits.

Your account

We use passwordless sign-in — we email a one-time link to your address. You are responsible for the email account you sign in with and for activity under your account.

License

For your own or your clients’ projects, you may use the prompts, components, generated output, and hosted assets to build and ship websites — commercial use included.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the prompts, components, videos, or guides themselves (in whole or in substantial part), or use them to create a competing prompt pack, template pack, or component library. In short: build sites with them, don’t repackage them.

Payment & plans

Plans are billed through Stripe. Yearly plans renew until cancelled; lifetime is a one-time payment. Prices, including founding/promotional pricing, may change for new purchases. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Perks

Perks such as community access or a 1:1 build session are provided on a reasonable-effort basis and may have scheduling or availability limits. They are a bonus, not the core product.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service for anything illegal, don’t attempt to bypass access controls or scrape gated content, and don’t abuse the free tier through automation or multiple accounts.

Third-party services & AI

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Stripe for payments, Supabase for auth and storage, hosting providers, and AI video/image tools). Their terms apply to their parts. AI-generated assets are provided as-is; you are responsible for how you use them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee specific results, uptime, or that any asset or prompt is fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
